Bean shows the owner’s next study tasks, application steps and saved conversation. The desktop app offers focus blocks, quiet hours and tools for selected windows. The companion connects with an owner-issued device token.

Optional Google connection

The owner can approve read-only access to Google Calendar and Gmail in the Hub. Calendar helps Bean show timetable entries and pause focus prompts during commitments. Selected course and placement email excerpts help the owner check relevant updates.
